Fo Guang University’s Buddhist Studies Research Center is proud to announce its 2024 Spring Semester Buddhist Art Lecture Series (113-2), featuring a lineup of distinguished scholars who will guide participants in exploring the richness and diversity of Buddhist art across history, texts, and cultures.
The series runs from February 27 to May 22, primarily in Room N207 (with one lecture in Room N117), and covers a wide range of topics including Buddhist cosmology, astronomy in Buddhist scriptures, Indian and Korean Buddhist art, Dunhuang manuscripts and imagery, and Esoteric Buddhist art.
