Fo Guang Shan Humanistic Buddhism Research Institute has established the  Postdoctoral Researchers'' posts in order to nurture emerging talents in Buddhist studies, cultivate postdoctoral researchers, and advance research in Humanistic Buddhism.

**Eligibility:**
1. Age 40 years old and younger. Candidates who have Ph.D. degrees from domestic national universities, or private universities and colleges registered under the Ministry of Education, or foreign universities and colleges recognized by the Institute, within the past four years are eligible. The candidate should have obtained a remarkable doctoral degree and possess the capability to conduct independent research projects.
2. Recent graduates who have completed their doctoral dissertation should provide proof before assuming the position. In cases where the degree has not been successfully obtained, candidates in reserve will be appointed.
3. Number of vacancies: Three. If suitable candidates are not found, the positions may remain vacant.
